eConvenor is an organising tool built by two activists from Melbourne, Australia. We’re coming to the Bay Area for a few days and we’d love to show you how it can help your group or campaign.
We call eConvenor a “virtual convenor”. It makes activist groups better organised and more effective. It generates great meeting agendas and minutes, tracks the tasks assigned to group members in meetings, and automatically emails reminders to people when their tasks are close to being due or become overdue. What it does is not glamorous, but it will help your group run more smoothly and free up time that you would otherwise spend on repetitive administrative tasks so that you can spend it building your group or campaign.
If you’ve ever been frustrated as a member of a group which struggled to be effective or wasted time because of disorganisation, come and find out how eConvenor can help!
It’s free, it’s only for for radical and progressive groups, and you can see https://www.econvenor.org for more info.
Arrive at 3:45pm for a 4pm start. The workshop/presentation will take 30 to 45 minutes, then there’ll be time afterwards to hang around and chat.
