Built by two activists from Melbourne, Australia, eConvenor functions as a “virtual convenor” that seeks to make activist groups better organized and more effective. If you’ve ever been frustrated or struggled because of disorganization, come and find out how eConvenor can help!
It generates great meeting agendas and minutes, tracks the tasks assigned to group members in meetings, and automatically sends email reminders to people when their deadlines approach. What it does is not glamorous, but it helps things run more smoothly and frees up time that would otherwise be spent on repetitive administrative tasks.
Arrive at 4:00pm for a 4:30pm start. The workshop and presentation will take 30 to 45 minutes, followed by some time to hang around and chat.
